Rob Levin is an internationally recognized glass artist who lives and works near Burnsville in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Known for his expressive and colorful blown glass forms, his work often explores movement, balance, and the human spirit.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Levin received his BFA from Denison University and his MFA from Southern Illinois University. He was the Resident Glass Artist at the Penland School of Crafts, where he also taught and developed his distinctive approach to glass as a medium of personal expression.
Throughout his career, Levin has exhibited extensively across the United States, Europe, Japan, and New Zealand. His work is represented in numerous public and private collections, and he has shared his expertise through lectures and workshops worldwide.
